A real person will get back to you with REAL support. To us, that aspect is everything. Before getting on Brandboom, we were still taking orders over the phone from retailers and manually inputting them into quickbooks. Brandboom helped us streamline the process so our retailers can jump into the ordering platform submit an order anytime and we can fulfill asap. Give it a shot! Very helpful to manage our wholesale catalog - imports products and inventory. We like the production reports and the ability to filter for order / ship date ranges as well.
