Paid the subscription fee that I normally pay for this subscription but the guy handling this app did not activate it on my store when asked about it I was informed that prices have increased and now I'll have to pay 2x the amount I was previously paying. Did not find the new price worth it so asked him to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They stopped responding to my messages after that. Inshort they exhorted double the amount of what I was paying from me to activate which I had to pay or lose my money altogether.
Dear Customer, We have not received any message or call from your end regarding the pricing matter. However, we have been trying to approach you for 2-3 days but not getting any response.
Moreover, the price change is always implemented by the telecom side which we already explained in the disclaimer before getting paid.
