We have been using this app for over a year now. It's very useful to be connected to your customers on every step. Upon fulfilment and booking with a courier our customers receive a message. And there a lot more ways you can stay connected to your customers and inform them about latest updates automatically by just installing and setting up this app. Really helpful.

Been using branded sms from last 5 months and it works fabulous. Plays a very good role in order confirmation. Also the return rate gradually decreases.

Using services of branded SMS Pakistan from a while and honestly speaking quality of their service is just this much good that i am not a person who give riviews but this service made me this much happy that i am writing this.
Specially its auto robo call feature has almost made my confirmation call work hassle free for which i was just planning to hire a dedicated CSR that too in this much low budget !
