We installed the app in June to test it out and a month later we signed up for a yearly subscription because the app is simply the best on the market: a large selection of products that are in high demand, a smooth process from ordering products to delivery and of course an amazing support system that is always ready to help no matter what the problem is.

We definitely recommend the app.

The Brandsgateway app is very easy to install and it continuously updates product details so the Shopify store is kept fully up to date with changes on products being offered, as well as maintaining real time inventory level updates from the warehouse locations.

Integration with Shopify works very well, but if you have a large inventory it is advisable to look for a bulk editing app which can manage large numbers of products, as this is not included either in the BG app, or Shopify.

Response times by the BG support team are usually within a couple of hours, via email or Whatsapp, and they are very happy to go on online Zoom type meetings if this is needed.

We had a disappointing experience with BrandsGateway's dropshipping service and are compelled to share concerns:
-Brand Authorization: We received communication from a legal team representing a major brand questioning the inclusion of their products that we listed from BrandsGateway. This raises serious questions about the legitimacy of their operation.
-Return Costs: We discovered discrepancies in the charges for returned items. The sum total was calculated to be thousands of dollars of overcharging. When we presented evidence of overcharging across multiple returns, the company's response was unsatisfactory.
-Inventory Issues: The available inventory often lacked popular sizes and seemed to consist mainly of less desirable items. With many sellers offering the same products, achieving profitability is extremely challenging. 
-Marketing Practices: A BrandsGateway representative informed us that a large majority (90%) of their dropshippers are not successful. This information contrasts sharply with their marketing materials.  Based on our experience, we have concerns about the accuracy of the success stories promoted by the company. There are already a lot of embellished and exaggerated marketing practices in the dropshipping industry, and we believe BrandsGateway is no exception.

We strongly advise potential users to thoroughly research and consider alternative suppliers before engaging with this service. Additionally, I recommend verifying the legality of selling specific brands through any dropshipping service to avoid potential legal issues. Our experience with BrandsGateway and its management was deeply unsatisfactory, and we cannot recommend their services based on our interactions and the issues we encountered.

Working with BrandsGateway has been a great experience. Michael, the owner, is incredibly supportive and always willing to help you grow your online business. However, it's important to remember that success isn't guaranteed. You will have to put in effort with creating a good converting website, social media, product images, descriptions, SEO, and more to make sales.

One of the best parts about BrandsGateway is that it lets you enter the retail market without a huge upfront investment in inventory. It's an excellent option for starting or expanding a retail business with minimal risk.

Great app. Huge product catalog with various brands. Fantastic customer support - fast and so helpful. It is so much better than other dropshipping services. The shipping times are also a great advantage. Recommend 10/10

Extreamly OVERPRICED FEES AND ITEMS. Just do a simple google search of any product title they have, you will find many retail websites selling the same products for lower or equal to the the price they give it to you to resale. And you don't even have to pay any expensive monthly fees they charge. How can we possible compete with all those retail website and make money? This company is a sham. Very disappointed. The worse waste of money I ever made. Never again, lesson learned.

So far so good. sat down with Michael and Monika and they were so helpful. Everything feels like luxury down to the customer support. Makes me happy to be partners with a company that aligns with my business ethics.

I dont recommend the beginners choose this to do. First, their price per is too high 295$ per month is crazy. Secondly, I did some research about the price, the price of their products now is approximately equal to market, you can not make much profit with that price even you can get lost with their package. Third, they are full of products that are difficult to sell, outdated products. If they give 1$ trial month, I will consider

A very simple and user-friendly interface. In case of questions or issues, the support is highly recommended and quick to respond. Additionally, Brandsgateway provides marketing materials/guides that enable a very fast start in e-commerce.
