The products provided by Brandsgate at our store www.afrodeba.com are truly classic and reliable. We have not yet had any sales, but the products I have personally ordered for testing purposes are of great quality. I am working diligently on my marketing efforts and I'm confident I will experience great success soon. I would like to thank you for your excellent work.
Great App with a great team and fantastic customer service. The integration in the backend works perfectly and the app is very easy to use.
As a satisfied customer of Brandsgateway for almost four years, I am happy to share my positive experience with their drop-shipping service. What's even better is that they now offer their service on a Shopify App platform, making it even more convenient for their users.
Over the years, I’ve noticed Brandsgateway's commitment to continuously evolving and improving its services based on its users' needs. I have witnessed their impressive expansion of famous fashion brands and an increase in their product offerings - from 5,000 products four years ago to 12,000 products today.
While the quantity of their product range might seem overwhelming, I appreciate the option to select the designer collections I want to focus on. The product variants are often limited in sizes and colors, as well as limited inventory, but I view that to be similar to an outlet store. By acknowledging this, I am able to position my store accordingly in the marketplace.
Brandsgateway's customer service is exceptional. The representatives are human, genuine, helpful, and responsive, which is essential for me. Whenever I encountered an issue or need guidance, they have always been available and willing to assist me.
Extremely overpriced, I had the app at the beginning of November 2023 and had to pay 280 euros per month. As a beginner, it is very difficult to generate sales in the first few months. You need at least 3-4 months to gain experience and get into the Google rankings. I would understand if they made it cheaper to start with and then increased the price after a few months. but certainly not from the start. So this is one of the most expensive providers there is. Brandsgateway is all about the money, I understand that. but I can't understand it because most dropshippers who register here pay a fee of 280 euros and then delete the app because it's too expensive and haven't made any profits. Only Brandsgateway benefits here. There isn't even a test version

Ich verwende die App als Dropshipper, die app hat einen super Support chat, wenn der chat nicht reich kann man am selben tag noch einen Telefontermin einstellen, wo dir persönlich geholfen wird und alles step by step geklärt wird. ausserdem gibt es gute Einführungsvideos, die kurz und knapp sind aber alles beinhalten was man braucht!
This app has genuinely the way I navigate tasks and it deserves every bit of praise. This application seamlessly blends functionality, user-friendliness experience. I have to say that things were not easy in the beginning, being a first time store owner and navigating an alien (to me) Dropshipping App. However, during my onboarding process, Michael, the owner, not only took time (split over 2 separate meetings) to speak with me Via Google Meet, while simultaneously actually SHOWING me (in MY OWN STORE) how to properly, seamlessly and effectively import products, categorize them in Collections, and even give feedback/suggestions on how to best set my store up for success, by changing the layout of my store to attract buyers, keep them engaged, as well and making their shopping experiences easy and enjoyable. DO NOT skip the Onboarding process, I repeat, DO NOT SKIP THE ONBOARDING PROCESS, thinking that you know what to do! I very much enjoyed the one on one assistance that I received and I look forward to taking advantage of their Brain Storming session, to help make my store EVEN BETTER.
BrandsGateway is phenomenal! Michael and his support team have been excellent providing support and answering our questions. Brands Gateway are an excellent dropship provider of luxury fashion items. This app works perfectly to continually update your inventory. There are plenty of options within the app to personalise and monitor the items to suit your store. Their warehouses are located in Europe and the US which is great if your target market is in Europe as shipping times are reasonably short. I've been using Brands Gateway for over 2 years and I experience great support when needed from their support team.
