The company's shipping fees have increased significantly, almost 25-30 euros for each sale. It has become increasingly challenging to make a profit at these prices. Additionally, the product variety is very limited; we've had the same products for years, with only occasional new additions, which is quite insufficient. The most negative aspect is that they are also selling at very low prices on marketplaces, working with almost the same prices for both B2B and B2C. Unfortunately, we are now operating at a loss with this company in our sales.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! DO NOT WORK WITH BRANDSDISTRIBUTION!!! I could write a long, lengthy review of why is was an absolute nightmare working with BrandsDistribution and specifically BrandsSync, but I'll spare you the time. I can't stress enough, DON'T SIGN UP FOR, OR DOWNLOAD ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH BRANDSDISTRIBUTION.

I don't believe that this company can be so bad! 0 support and they don't answer! I had a simple problem enabling my account to add express shipping but they don't want to help.
Don't even think to start working with them, there are many better dropshipping companies out there.

Not worth the money! 1. Products are so overpriced that it is impossible to make any money. When you add the overpriced product+shipping+import fees for your country+monthy fees there is no room for mark up. Products end up being cheaper on original designer websites. How are you supposed to compete with that? Also, their catalog is full of discontinued and outdated inventory.
2. When someone is paying a high monthly fee for a service, it is not unreasonable to expect top notch customer service. If you get a response, it is usually a finger pointing game about how YOU made that mistake and they are not responsible. They will brush you off with a condescending answer or not respond at all!
Stay away from this company!

Not sure why many low reviews - the app works as described, products are in stock and ship quite fast, support is great and answers quickly. My only issue is with sizing - I wish for a correct translation to my country size imported in Shopify without having to manually correct them.
So we do not sell "sized products" even we wish we could :)

The service is a disaster, I asked 3 days ago why shipping costs of 74 euros are automatically added. I am still waiting for an answer even though I have sent several emails. I don't know whether the goods you want to sell actually exist.

I loved the app its easy to use, and easy to sycn to your acount on shopify, hopefully they will expand more their catalogues, more on other brands also, not just the same brands. If I could give them -100 stars rating I would. Terrible, terrible people!! I have subscribed with a presumption that I will have 15 Days free trial to test the app and their service and when I provided my PayPal details they charged my account for 89 EUR! When I contacted them about it they were playing dum and claimed that I have subscribed via their website instead their app, which when I installed in my store and wanted to start using it gave me an option subscribe via "BrandsDistribution" website or subscribe via App, I naturally chose the website so I can fill in all my profile details!! I waited for 4 days for them to respond and when they finally did I saw that they have terminated my subscription and refused the REFUND ME IN FULL. I am still contesting that and will definitely insist that they refund me! As far a the APP is concerned its total rubbish: - It is laggy
- It doesn't sync the qty's correctly
- It doesn't import the price comparison correctly
- Full of bugs
- The product description that they claim to have in 14+ languages is obscure to say the least, and also incorrect in most cases.
- SUPPORT IS NON EXISTING My final advice to all of the people considering using these SCAMMERS would be PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ANY COST and save your hard earned cash and your selves from headaches! SHOPIFY SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM SHOPIFY APP STORE.

I was naïve to think that even though there were many bad 1 star review that this could still be an okay app. Even though I still had 14-days left for my free trail I got charged. And even though I got charged I was left with the free trail limitation. For example, during the trail period you can only add up to 100 products...even though I got billed this was still the case. As indicated by the other reviews, customer service is also terrible. Still never heard back regarding this issue. I am very worried about the reliability of this app. Not recommended

We have purchased this app about a month and half ago. I like it that they have a YouTube channel where you can learn a lot about their system. I also like their selections. We haven't tried it yet but the fact that they except returns is a big plus. Now, the problem is, their customer service. I have a very specific and important question. You can't call them which is fine so I tried to communicate with them through their chat a few times. I can see that my message is seen but no response for days. I still haven't heard from them. This is very unfortunate because we are actually thinking about cancelling our subscription. I will re-visit my review if things improve. I really hope things will get better... Update: After my first review I started working with Francesca. She is great! She responded to my emails / questions within 24 hours and that was very helpful. Customer service is important and it seems they are working on it. I hope it stays the same. The reason why I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because we haven't tried returning an item yet. I will be happy to update my review once we experience that. Thanks Francesca!

At the end of the month, I deleted the app to terminate the subscription !! But they unjustly imposed a fee of $ 99 next month !! I contacted them to remove these fees from my bill, but I did not receive any response or interest or any response !! A disadvantage when issuing an invoice for an application that has been deleted! I am going to file a lawsuit with Shopify to solve this problem. It's too bad for your money to be stolen in this hideous way.

The app was fine, and the quality of items were good. However, they would cancel orders with no notification, they struggled with auto pay, and would cancel orders because they weren't paid in 24 hours (yet had auto pay, so not sure how they didn't get paid?). When contacting them about orders, would take 3-4 days, and the order would be cancelled.

I'm personally very happy with this app I think this is MUST have I'm amazed how quick they ship already had couple of orders all 100% tip top straight to the customer what else can I say also they reply to your request quite fast when customers are placing an order it goes straight to the factory and they handle I order goods from UK and I was amazed how fast orders arrived I was asking my self are they shipping from UK because delivery was so fassstttt personally I can say well done guys siete bravi a quelo che fate and in fact I'm only using BrandsSync as a dropshipping company if you guys like QUALITY then don't look further, if you guys look quantity then keep using whatever else you've been using but BrandsSync is 100% definitively worth it

People do your research before you even buy into their subscription there charging you the same prices the these name brands sell on their own online clothing stores. I looked up on the drop shipping app a couple of items claiming my cost I then took a look at the brands online site for the same clothing item and they were charging at what my cost is. How can you make any money they are a scam you will lose money after paying there outrages monthly subscription of 100 U.S. and the outrages shipping cost on top of that beware always do your research

I've been using Brandsdistribution for a few years now and here's an honest assessment of their service and why I've decided to stop working with them.

The Good:

- This is a company based in Italy that offers luxury brands and wholesale prices. The prices are reasonable and the shipping times are as promised.

- The products are all legit and authentic. I had one customer complain about authenticity and Brandsdistribution accepted the refund. I had the product sent to me instead of having it returned to Brandsdistribution so I could see for myself if the complaint was valid. It wasn't.

The Bad:

- While prices are reasonable, once you account for shipping rates, foreign exchange rate fees, advertising expenses, and their premium fee for access to their inventory, you'll quickly find that you can't realistically make much if you try to compete with other sellers that are selling at the rock bottom price possible, sometimes even at a loss from what I can tell.

- They have some shady business practices. When I first started using them things were going well. Then out of nowhere they decided to change everything on a dime and gave everyone couple of months to comply, with the only option being to join a more expensive plan. On top of that they decided to create what they deem "franchises" that removed my top selling brand from my inventory feed. The only way to get that brand back would be to pay them 10k EUR. It would a long time to recover that in sales, and dealing with a foreign company with lackluster communication makes that price point a deal breaker for me. Combine that with the fact that they can decide to change things up on a dime, with very little time to restructure my business, destroys my trust in what they offer.

- They have lackluster communication. You might expect that paying a premium for access to their service would come with good customer service. It's ok at best and email is your only option. There have been times when I would get a response in a day or 2 and times when I would get no response at all.

- It seems their core focus is to sell access to their platform to as many drop-shippers as possible. Ultimately this will devalue every drop-shippers business since their product offerings are limited and the competition is already very high.

- From what I can tell there are a handful of companies selling their products at prices that would be a loss for me even without the added advertising expense. Like me, they are also using Google Shopping, so unless they are terrible at math and not realizing the loss, they have better pricing options available to them. This is of course unfair to the rest of us drop-shippers and makes it so no one else can actually compete.

- They have a terrible return policy. When I say terrible I mean don't even bother dealing with it. Just accept the loss on any returned items. They require customers to pay for shipping. Fine, but getting a return address was a task in itself and the return fee will be much higher than the original shipping rate unless you can convince them to provide a shipping label. Good luck. Once you get past all of that, you don't actually get a refund. You get a credit to your account for a future purchase. And it's up to you to follow up on that return to make sure you get the credit. I'm still waiting on a few credits.

Remove this app from Shopify!!! Stay away from this app. Customer service is cold and unhelpful. You get the feeling that they're fine with taking your $100/per month without providing substantial guidance. This app gets below 1-stars and should be removed from Shopify.

The margins overall are to low to compete with others and make a decent profit. Approximately one third of the inventory is out of stock continuously and it's extremely frustrating if you build your website based on drop shipping through brandsdistribution. They also give you examples of profits based on retail prices excluding VAT. This means the real profit is lower and to me this is a bit misleading.

Brandsdistribution kept asking me to subscribe but Shopify has already charged me. I have no access at all.
It's been a week, and the last response was, I have to subscribe and pay with Brandsdistribution first.

Up until now, I still haven't got my refund. I went to Shopify directly for help but they kept bouncing me back to Francesca who kept asking me to subscribe and pay first when Shopify already charged me.

This app is requesting me to pay the subscription again even though Shopify charged me for the app. Now I have no access! I still have no access to buying products and Brandsync is not responding to my messages. The more time I spend with them the more my business is getting a bad reputation. Very very very bad at responding!

Honestly, I don't know why there are so many users voted 1 star. I'm on the way to complete my website so I cannot say something about shipping service. I hope it will run well and will come back to update my comments. I know a french store which is doing a great job as dropshipper from Brand Distribution, that's why I decided to jump in. I purchased Brandssync full annual plan 1 week ago. Everything runs excellently, nothing to complain. The app works very well in shopify, the sync process works also, and I can add all products in my store using the same product tags and it saved me a lot of time to organize the shop.

This is the worst app I have ever used on shopify. They frauded me, I paid for the services and never received or used it and they kept saying the money has not been withdrawn yet that's why and when I sent them my bank account showing the transactions they never responded or did anything. Don't install this app or pay anything to then, they are thieves and have the worst services and dont care about their customers. Another dropshipper who used it to sell their products on their shopify store also told me when they see that your earning more than them they block you from using their services too. I have decided to take my case to my lawyer for further investigation on fraudulently charged request.

What customer service assistance did you give me apart from you insisting that the payment had not been withdrawn everytime I asked for help! Your customer service took me for a fool and if you have activated a refund how come I haven't received the refund? And if you so say that I was assisted by your customer service, why did she bring it to my understanding that the app isn't working because I have purchased it at the same time on both stores?
You are a scum and a fraud who dont care about good service but money.

Do not use this dropshipper! I've been using them for several months really hoping that things improve but it just gets worse and worse. I'm a very experienced e-commerce store owner and I've been doing this for many years. I do a hybrid of shipping myself out of my business and using drop-shippers to augment my inventory. I did my best to make it work with Brandsdistribution, as they really have a great product catalog available and they use FedEx shipping to the US, which is nice. However, their customer service is horrible and it's impossible to get any help. I've done several thousands of dollars in sales through them and so far I have multiple returns, and multiple customer complaints of the orders never arriving. I currently have several open claims with FedEx who can't locate orders. Some orders I don't even know what the status is because Brandsdistribution gave me the wrong tracking number and have failed to respond to my requests for updates. I've had to deal with several orders getting stuck in customs and just returned back to Italy because they don't have the correct paperwork. Usually to make returns easier for my own customers, I just have customers ship the item back to me in San Diego and then I deal with the hassle of shipping it back to Brandsdistribution in Italy. Of course we are responsible for return International shipping so that's an added expense. There's no way I would pass that on to my customer. I have HUNDREDS of dollars of merchandise stuck in Italian customs trying to get stuff returned back. They offer no assistance to get things resolved with their local postal authority. When they do finally process a return they just give you store credit, which isn't a problem if you intend on doing more sales with them. However, I've lost thousands of dollars in returns, shipping fees, and lost packages (I'm not exaggerating!) As I said before, I've been doing this a long time and thought their inventory would be a great addition to my current product offering. Please save yourself a lot of headaches and do not do business with this company. I'm so absolutely frustrated by this experience and have tried and tried to make it work with them to no success.

actually, i just read all the 1-star review and really disappointed, i don't publish my online store yet until make sure my partners are good and can really support my business ,so pls think of it we are your partner and your window for the world customer if you not considering that and work hard with your clients , the company will collapse ,but i am saying before i launching my online store if you are not going to support just tell me so i can reconsider you from my store, and find another partner, if you willing to destroy my business and put in a trouble with customer pls tell me, im with you until you prove the opposite side , then i ll cancel working with you , im writing this just to get a response don't to consider it a rating i did not even have an order with you I am just want to make sure everything will go well with the low risk, i don't want to end up paying money out of my pocket just solve customer problems to just cover the issues with my partner ,

The worse app aver , they charge 3 times instead of only 1 , i asked to be refund and they don't care att all about you. Don't download the app is a waste of time and money , when you ask to cancel don't do ir and charge you. I didn't get any support, till last two months (subscribed and paid).. orders are listed up daily by customers but can't purchase from them. It seems spoiled our business and customer relationship because of pending orders

Excellent, easy to use app. Been a Brandsdistribution customer for a few months already and this app just makes everything so much simpler. Markup, tag settings etc are easy to use and still leaves the potential to customise your listings unlike some catalog managers. The support I received was also outstanding, special thanks to Alberto!

Broken and missing several features.
1. Simply doesnt work, imported some products to the store but they do not sync with the app and the products its imported are not imported properly.
2. Support is very slow and not really very helpful at all.
3. No option to waive free trial, so your stuck with limited products until the trial period has expired
4. No options to import from one collection to your store collection
5. No options to have tags with or without suffix
6. No automatic currency conversion
7. Not clear when you install it, that you have an account on their website
8. No option to input payment details in the app to auto fufill
9. No option to select delivery options. They promote on their website different shipping options, but no method of selecting them at checkout.
10. Customer services sucks & has no knowledge of this app at all!

Overall very poor app and for serious shop owners, I do not think the support is there and certainly the features of this app dont measure up to end shop. Overall I would skip it as setting up a shop on this model, your run in to problems for sure. If they are so slow to respond on trial period, when its imperative their potential customers are happy....what are they going to be like once they have your monthly payment and need to respond to order or delivery issues raised by your customers. Dropshipping is a good thing, but sadly for poor businesses running it, it just presents that they protect their company name by hiding poor service behind your name! Tread with caution!

UPDATE > I note your reply to my review is nearly as long winded as your reply from customer services. You should investigate your poor app before releasing it and wasting peoples time! Nice of you to use the reply as way to try and market your app. Your app is very very poor and the company behind it is even worse! No one can run a respectable business with such a poor company backing them up!

1) Import sync is based on regular data update with a cronjob. Probably it is only necessary to wait to have right quantities and products update.

2) Our customer service usually gives an answer within 24 hours, on working days.

3) The trial period gives you the opportunity for testing our system and take a look to our products catalog.

4) Connection mapping with pre esistent structure is not yet supported, we are constatly working on it, in order to improve our plugin.

5) Tags management exists on settings and you can select brands, categories, subcategories. You can also add (or remove) a prefix on every tag.

6) We are working to give currency conversion in the next release.

7) BrandsSync is only a dropshipping connector to brandsdistribution catalog: you need a dropshipper account on Brandsdistribution in order to pay only 19$/month for the app.

8) We are sorry, but there are not payment details managed by our app.

9) Right now, the app takes best options for carriers we have Agreement for the country you have to send. In to do list we have the showing of delivery cost and select carrier if multiple are available.

High quality customer service, available, responsive and attentive until customer satisfaction.
And the application is of very high quality, too bad it's not yet available in French. Loading the products takes a little time if you have thousands of them, but that's normal.
I am a satisfied customer.

Absolutely terrible. Terrible app, terrible customer services & not worth the code its wrote in. If you actually want to run a professional shop with good customer services. Then the apps limits will soon restrict you, not to mention the awful customer services of the company behind it. Dont waste your time!

BrandsSync offers two pricing plans: “Only App” and “All inclusive”.

- You'll be able to choose “Only App” ($19/month) plan only if you already have a Dropshipping subscription with Brandsdistribution.

- If you still do not have an active dropshipping subscription, you have to choose the “ALL INCLUSIVE” ($99/month) solution: you'll find both the app and the dropshipping subscription.

Let me tell you something.I added the app and one week later shopify put on hold my whole account wanted me to provide licenses for the brands i resell.Even after contacted them confirming i DROPSHIP thru BrandSync my account is still on hold.Shopify did not have their licenses but distribute their app .Do not pay app fee before asking for license.Unprofessional Behavior!

I paid for a full year subscription for dropshipping since a month ago. When you synchronise products to your store it only synchronise the mark up you want, but it doesnt synchronise the normal price to show as discount you offer in your store. You have to do it one by one. Its a very big job and description are not always correctly made. The products offer on the app are not always offer in big quantity, most product are offer in too big or too small size. I try since 2 week to commucate whit them and i doesn't get any answer. Now i have to test an order to see if i gonna get the product i expect to get.

You can choose to insert the “compared at price” option when downloading the app. In your case, in order to display the compare at price next to your selling price, go to "Settings", then select “Structure Settings”.
Here you can flag the “compared at price” option. Lastly, go back to "Settings" and select "Force full sync".
