This is the worst app I have ever used on shopify. They frauded me, I paid for the services and never received or used it and they kept saying the money has not been withdrawn yet that's why and when I sent them my bank account showing the transactions they never responded or did anything. Don't install this app or pay anything to then, they are thieves and have the worst services and dont care about their customers. Another dropshipper who used it to sell their products on their shopify store also told me when they see that your earning more than them they block you from using their services too. I have decided to take my case to my lawyer for further investigation on fraudulently charged request.
What customer service assistance did you give me apart from you insisting that the payment had not been withdrawn everytime I asked for help! Your customer service took me for a fool and if you have activated a refund how come I haven't received the refund? And if you so say that I was assisted by your customer service, why did she bring it to my understanding that the app isn't working because I have purchased it at the same time on both stores?
You are a scum and a fraud who dont care about good service but money.

the issue you faced with BrandsSync app were due to the fact that you have used two different accounts to purchase the dropshipping subscription and to use the app.
Our customer service always assisted you and replied back to all your queries. If you mistakenly got charged by Shopify, we already activated the related refund application.
Regarding the consideration between you and our other dropshipper, please consider that we are a B2B company, we have no interest in competing with our customers. The more success our customers have, the more we grow together.

terrible products and very unclear how to cancel subscription. not happy at all and waste of our funds
Not worth the money! 1. Products are so overpriced that it is impossible to make any money. When you add the overpriced product+shipping+import fees for your country+monthy fees there is no room for mark up. Products end up being cheaper on original designer websites. How are you supposed to compete with that? Also, their catalog is full of discontinued and outdated inventory.
2. When someone is paying a high monthly fee for a service, it is not unreasonable to expect top notch customer service. If you get a response, it is usually a finger pointing game about how YOU made that mistake and they are not responsible. They will brush you off with a condescending answer or not respond at all!
Stay away from this company!
Hi, in the answers you received from our customer support there is absolutely no desire to blame you for anything, it was simply explained to you why you did not have access to the free trial.
Furthermore, a credit has been created on our platform that you used for an order, it seems to me a good way to manage a problem of one of our customers. We have not received any other communications from you regarding the operation of the app

ho provato l'app per un mese, ha un'assistenza inesistente, ho avuto un problema con google merchant, mi hanno bloccato l'account perché gli articoli violavano le norme di google, contattati svariate volte senza risultato
The worse app aver , they charge 3 times instead of only 1 , i asked to be refund and they don't care att all about you. Don't download the app is a waste of time and money , when you ask to cancel don't do ir and charge you. Very bad , i am so upset with then. used 1 month , they charged 3 and i never got my money back .

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! DO NOT WORK WITH BRANDSDISTRIBUTION!!! I could write a long, lengthy review of why is was an absolute nightmare working with BrandsDistribution and specifically BrandsSync, but I'll spare you the time. I can't stress enough, DON'T SIGN UP FOR, OR DOWNLOAD ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH BRANDSDISTRIBUTION.
I have contacted them but they never get back to me after cancelling my orders. Definitely a red flag

Absolutely terrible. Terrible app, terrible customer services & not worth the code its wrote in. If you actually want to run a professional shop with good customer services. Then the apps limits will soon restrict you, not to mention the awful customer services of the company behind it. Dont waste your time!

I was naïve to think that even though there were many bad 1 star review that this could still be an okay app. Even though I still had 14-days left for my free trail I got charged. And even though I got charged I was left with the free trail limitation. For example, during the trail period you can only add up to 100 products...even though I got billed this was still the case. As indicated by the other reviews, customer service is also terrible. Still never heard back regarding this issue. I am very worried about the reliability of this app. Not recommended
