At the end of the month, I deleted the app to terminate the subscription !! But they unjustly imposed a fee of $ 99 next month !! I contacted them to remove these fees from my bill, but I did not receive any response or interest or any response !! A disadvantage when issuing an invoice for an application that has been deleted! I am going to file a lawsuit with Shopify to solve this problem. It's too bad for your money to be stolen in this hideous way.
Honestly, I don't know why there are so many users voted 1 star. I'm on the way to complete my website so I cannot say something about shipping service. I hope it will run well and will come back to update my comments. I know a french store which is doing a great job as dropshipper from Brand Distribution, that's why I decided to jump in. I purchased Brandssync full annual plan 1 week ago. Everything runs excellently, nothing to complain. The app works very well in shopify, the sync process works also, and I can add all products in my store using the same product tags and it saved me a lot of time to organize the shop.

I used it since we have the shop, its a great app for fashion drop shippers, didn`t had any issues till now, highly recommend it.
I'm using the app for a couple of weeks now. Couldn't wish better. Everything is very well thought out. I don't really understand the bad reviews here. I asked a lot of questions through the chatbox and every single question was answered within 1 hour, thanks to Francesca.
The service is a disaster, I asked 3 days ago why shipping costs of 74 euros are automatically added. I am still waiting for an answer even though I have sent several emails. I don't know whether the goods you want to sell actually exist.

I loved the app its easy to use, and easy to sycn to your acount on shopify, hopefully they will expand more their catalogues, more on other brands also, not just the same brands. Customer Service was great, Francesca helps alot. Overall no issue, promptly reply, only the things was catalgoue brands should be more

The margins overall are to low to compete with others and make a decent profit. Approximately one third of the inventory is out of stock continuously and it's extremely frustrating if you build your website based on drop shipping through brandsdistribution. They also give you examples of profits based on retail prices excluding VAT. This means the real profit is lower and to me this is a bit misleading.
Excellent app, good synchronization with stock and orders. Very good and responsive customer service.

Brandsdistribution kept asking me to subscribe but Shopify has already charged me. I have no access at all.
It's been a week, and the last response was, I have to subscribe and pay with Brandsdistribution first.
Up until now, I still haven't got my refund. I went to Shopify directly for help but they kept bouncing me back to Francesca who kept asking me to subscribe and pay first when Shopify already charged me.
I'm very happy with This app. 5 stars. Have used the app in 1 month now and Will continue use it for many years. Love it
