This app is great and so easy to set up. Working becomes easier as well. And the best thing is that my offer is always up to date. Great!

It offers a lot of products and it’s easy to synchronize with shopify and just really straight forward in general. Its personal assistance team offers the best advice possible, and it’s always available. They handle shipping professionally, reliably and fast.

I use this app on a daily basis, to manage the import of stock to my store.
It is very quick and easy to use. I love the filters, they help you drill right down to individual items or whole the whole catalog.

High quality customer service, available, responsive and attentive until customer satisfaction.
And the application is of very high quality, too bad it's not yet available in French. Loading the products takes a little time if you have thousands of them, but that's normal.
I am a satisfied customer.
Frankly, I recommend it!

Honestly, I don't know why there are so many users voted 1 star. I'm on the way to complete my website so I cannot say something about shipping service. I hope it will run well and will come back to update my comments. I know a french store which is doing a great job as dropshipper from Brand Distribution, that's why I decided to jump in. I purchased Brandssync full annual plan 1 week ago. Everything runs excellently, nothing to complain. The app works very well in shopify, the sync process works also, and I can add all products in my store using the same product tags and it saved me a lot of time to organize the shop.

Unfortunately we must change the review after some experience. Customer service is terrible! We got NO reply from customer service regarding product guarantees. Our customers wanted to know how long is a guarantee for a really expensive bag and watch, we sent several emails and tried to communicate via chat, but got no reply. Also the company is very unflexible, they don't try to find compromises. Orders are impossible to cancel even if they weren't sent yet, therefore be careful not to make any mistakes!!! They will also not give you back the money (also if the stuff doesn't fit the customer and you get a return). Once you order your money is gone! Too bad! Also. coupons were offered to leave a good review here. The coupon expired shortly and they "aren't able to create new one". Sorry, but as much as you take care of your clients (who provide for your existence) - the truth must be told!

ALSO: Shopify put Shopify payments on hold for our case as well. I just read below we are not the only ones. Customer service didn't move a finger!

I used it since we have the shop, its a great app for fashion drop shippers, didn`t had any issues till now, highly recommend it.

I'm using the app for a couple of weeks now. Couldn't wish better. Everything is very well thought out. I don't really understand the bad reviews here. I asked a lot of questions through the chatbox and every single question was answered within 1 hour, thanks to Francesca.
