To be transparent with you and anyone else reading: our app is built specifically not to pull hierarchy from the menu, as this is the core working principle we promise to all of our users. What you're describing would require us to change that fundamental behavior, which goes against what we offer to every other merchant using the app and is not something we can technically implement on our side. We're sorry we couldn't help you with a request that falls outside the scope of what our app is designed to do, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.
