Unfair Pricing and Unethical Practices – A Warning to Shopify Store Owners
As a multi-store Shopify owner, I'm deeply disappointed by this app's recent practices. What started promisingly has become a cautionary tale of unfair pricing and unethical behavior.
After upgrading to try premium features, I attempted to return to my original plan. To my shock, not only had the price increased, but I also lost access to features previously included in my plan (advanced schema, homepage optimization, Google indexing). These changes came without proper notification.
When I complained, their response was troubling. They offered to reinstate my original pricing only if I removed this negative review – a clear attempt to manipulate their app ratings. Their latest "solution" asks me to pay double my original price to regain lost features, with a pressure-inducing 24-hour deadline.
I'm currently discussing these practices with Shopify, as I believe they violate platform standards. I strongly advise other store owners to be extremely cautious with this app. Read the fine print carefully and be prepared for unexpected service and pricing changes.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend this app. There are better alternatives available that respect their users and maintain ethical business practices. What could have been a valuable tool has instead become a prime example of how not to treat customers.

I would like to inform you that please ignore this review, this merchant is very greedy and selfish so you can consider this review as a form of spam.
We have a clear record with us where the merchant informed on our support that they simply upgrade our app plan to use the credits this was their clear intention now when they upgrade the plan on the monthly plan there was no discount because we are running the short promotion but this point merchant never understand after upgrading the plan they want to downgrade at the discounted rate but we already informed to the merchant because they installed our app 8 months back and with the help of our app their click-through rate was improved because they were continued with us from last 8 months.
So even after benefited from our app, they share their 1-star review, so you can clearly identify this merchant as a selfish and a greedy.
We at webrex, never do any discrimination or any injustice to our customers, and our further records also show that merchant likes freebie that is the reason they clearly informed their intention to upgrade the plan just to use credits in free, this practice never performed by any other Merchant but this merchant has a specific intention.
So kindly ignore this review because this is a spam and merchant like a freebie and use the services with very less price / no price. And this merchant is still using our app because they will never uninstall because our app has provided them the result but still they left us 1-star review which clearly indicates there intention and their selfishness and greedy
