We have been using Brightpearl for 4-5 years now and have been very pleased with the platform overall. As a growing company with multiple warehouse locations and Shopify storefronts, the ability to configure automation rules in a way that supports and optimizes our sales workflows has been especially valuable. Brightpearl has been an integral part of our tech stack for years now and we wouldn't have had the growth we have seen in the last few years without them. Implementation was a breeze and the team have been extremely supportive and reactive to our needs. The automation engine has been a huge help with some of our more complex/specific requirements and having the vast array of triggers in combination with Shopify flow has enabled us to be reactive and process orders quicker without the need for complex order routing rules. Having the ability to see not only daily orders and sales come through but also being able to analysis the P&L direct with the ERP helps with making effective decisions to the daily operations of the business.
