Very buggy app. Was told by sales team that we could add new items on shopify then have them import into brightpearl. Now being told that this can cause duplicate items to be created and is not recommended.
Brightpearl has been a great addition to our company and have delivered everything they had promised, I just wanted to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank Alex for the outstanding technical training they delivered. We had very complex set of requirements from a new epos/rms/wms and Brightpearl ticked the boxes where others fell short. Sales/Tech support/onboarding teams were very thorough in ensuring we could achieve everything we needed before we committed to an agreement. They came good on their promises, obviously there are always some teething issues with such a big change, however, their technical support has been 1st class. The system has revolutionised how we manage our stock, hugely streamlining how we pick, pack and ship orders.
