i really love this app. when i ask quotation they replied so fast than any other supplier and their price is more reasonable
and they dont rest even at cny. so ican scale my business eventhough cny season

Nancy is the best supply agent i have every worked with, she ensure all of my orders are sent out on time, and has incredible communication, i couldn't recommend her more.
BSdropshipping has been super reliable for my store. Product quoting is fast, and their support team actually responds quickly. I had a few problems but they were able to help me nicely :) Overall a great experience definitely recommend!
This app has truly disappointed me. First, the product quality—it's mediocre and doesn't match the description. Many items arrived damaged, and the refund process was incredibly cumbersome. The shipping time also far exceeded my expectations, severely impacting my business efficiency.
I do not recommend this app. Since registering, my orders have consistently failed to be completed, always claiming the product is out of stock, even though they clearly stated it was in stock before we started working together. Even when the order is placed, there are frequent logistics problems, and contacting them yields no clear solutions; they always give vague answers. They also refuse to process refund requests.
The product is clearly listed as in stock on the website, but it's always out of stock, and the shipping time is too long, averaging 35 days. Customer service is equally terrible; there's always a queue of responses, and even when they do reply, it's vague and offers no real solutions to my problem.
Very quick to help, good price for products.
A terrible experience. Orders were always in a pending state, logistics information was never updated, and customer service replies were always piling up in the queue.
