This app has truly disappointed me. First, customer service is terrible. Even though I confirmed the item was in stock before placing the order, they always told me it was out of stock or that I needed to meet a minimum order quantity after placing the order.
Furthermore, the shipping time is extremely long, and even when it is shipped, the product quality is mediocre and does not match the description. Many items arrive damaged or of very poor quality. When I ask them for solutions, they always give vague replies and refuse to issue refunds. It's outrageous!

Terrible support and communication. They source products but when you get orders they are suddenly out of stock or need MOQ. Shipping is long. They tell you everything after they source the product not before. Its crazy

The product is clearly listed as in stock on the website, but it's always out of stock, and the shipping time is too long, averaging 35 days. Customer service is equally terrible; there's always a queue of responses, and even when they do reply, it's vague and offers no real solutions to my problem.

I do not recommend this app. Since registering, my orders have consistently failed to be completed, always claiming the product is out of stock, even though they clearly stated it was in stock before we started working together. Even when the order is placed, there are frequent logistics problems, and contacting them yields no clear solutions; they always give vague answers. They also refuse to process refund requests.
