I have only just began using this app on my shopify store with the hope to pull in International Sales. I am very impressed with the ease of setting this app up and well as the support I received to verify that it is working. I love how it automatically changes the stores currency and I hope this will be a tool to get South African made products to the rest of the world.
This is THE BEST currency converting app I've found in the shopify app store yet! And I looked through ALL of them. I can't believe this app is free, I'm very thankful to the developers for allowing a free version with all the fantastic features small business owners need to grow without breaking the bank.

I love the app, the only thing that can be added, is the ability to place the icon at the top of the website home page.
Customer service is the more incompetent that I have seen for a very long time, frankly, stop contradicting you! It's been for a week that I have bugs with their application, they tells me to do this and that but in the end nothing changes. After I am told things that are false! I hallucinate! Seems very good and kind at first but in the long run believe me that these are people who do not know what they are talking about. Don't waste your time.

It seems that you misunderstood our response.
Yes! The currency is converted at your checkout page also.
It is because you have enabled Shopify multi-currency.
Unfortunately, as per Shopify policies apps are not allowed to convert currency at the checkout page.

Also, regarding your initial query about rounding and conversion, as we've already told you, the conversions are handled by Shopify as multi-currency was enabled on your store.
That's why we told you to contact Shopify for better support.

Great app, easy to set up. Lots of options, Automaticly switch to the IP language. Exactly what I needed.
