Chaithra was so helpful! I really appreciate having a person to reach out to and speak with. If all other customer support advisors at BUCKS are like her then I'm happy :) Unfortunately, I don't think the app works for me at the moment, but Chaithra promised to notify me when the features are available in my location. So, yes, I recommend this app and the help that comes with it!
