I got all the solutions to my questions through the chat support, and they sorted everything out for me. My questions were mainly about geolocation and automatic/manual price conversion in the BUCKS Shopify app, and they also helped me optimize the pricing conversion for different currencies. I've been using BUCKS to handle currency conversion across my international markets, and it does the job well. Prices convert automatically based on the customer's location, and the storefront stays fast without the flicker you get with some other converter apps.
Where they really stood out, though, was support. I ran into an issue with the currency switcher widget not sitting where I wanted it on the page. I reached out, and their team fixed the positioning quickly and got it looking exactly right. No back-and-forth for days, no generic copy-paste replies. They looked at my actual setup and sorted it out.
