I have been using BuckyDrop for several months, and overall my experience has been very positive. Compared with Superbuy, which I used previously, BuckyDrop is much more convenient and automates the order fulfilment process to a greater extent. Orders are usually processed quickly and smoothly.
I also appreciate that when a product is not linked correctly or is unavailable, the team usually helps find a suitable replacement, which saves a lot of time.
The storage period is shorter than at Superbuy, so it requires a little more attention and planning, but I have not lost any products because of this.
The main improvement I would suggest is making the interface clearer and more intuitive. Sometimes products linked to my store cannot be added to the shopping cart directly from the product list, and I need to open other tabs or pages. Making this process more direct would improve the overall experience.
In general, BuckyDrop is a very useful and efficient platform, especially for automating store order fulfilment.
Been working with Seth as my dedicated agent for a few weeks now and honestly can't recommend him enough. He's fast, super responsive on WhatsApp, and genuinely listens when there's an issue — no matter how small. When we ran into a shipping cost problem, he investigated right away, explained exactly what happened, and even proactively tested a better packing method to help lower our costs going forward. He doesn't just fix things, he thinks ahead. Great experience overall with BuckyDrop thanks to him!
I’ve had a good experience using BuckyDrop for my Shopify store. The integration makes the dropshipping process much easier, especially when it comes to sourcing products, managing orders, and handling fulfilment in one place.
I particularly like being able to connect products to Shopify and process customer orders without having to manually manage every step. It saves a lot of time and makes it easier to manage orders from China for an Australian online store.
The support team has also been responsive whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, BuckyDrop has been a useful tool for simplifying our sourcing and fulfilment workflow.
