Seth has been an incredible account manager. I've done 10s of millions in revenue across various stores, and he is by the far best account manager I've had in any B2B-related service. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is moving smoothly in the backend, and I honestly don't know if I'd continue using this app without him. He's literally the reason why I haven't had any need to shop around for other B2B or dropshipping services. When you've done the amount of revenue I've done, you'll realize that logistics and fulfillment are your biggest bottleneck, and Seth ensures I have complete peace of mind in that regard.
I've been using this service for about eight months, and overall, I have no major complaints.
Having a dedicated account manager has been very helpful, and whenever any issues arise, they always respond quickly and efficiently. The explanations are also clear and easy to understand whenever I have questions.
Since my business is still relatively small, I usually transfer funds through Wise whenever my balance is running low. Sometimes I forget to do so, so I think it would be more convenient if credit card payments were available.
That said, the website is easy to navigate, and the ability to choose different languages makes it very user-friendly.
