This is not FREE. When I install the Free Version it is asking for a Discount Code. This is funny! I might, however, reinstall it as soon as I have enough revenue to pay the S19 monthly fee.
Hi,
I wrote you several emails showing you that the app IS FREE and that you were never asked to approve charge. Without going through the Approve Charge page, we cannot take your money, this is a Shopify Requirement.
The Discount Code field was there in the install the app page by mistake from when we had the paid plan. But we did not ask you to add a discount code.
We encouraged you to reinstall the app and see for yourself that you will not be asked for money. But unfortunately we received no answer from you.
If you change your mind and give it another try, please let us know.
It did not work as shown in the video tutorials. The features shown in the tutorials are for those who have the highest paid plan. The free and medium sized plans didn't work the same way. I couldn't the expanded menu I wanted. Hired a developer from Upwork who did it for less than a year's worth of payments for this app cost.
I don't think this app going to help if the majority of your traffic from mobiles.
They got a decent desktop menu with limited configurations, but manageable.
But, Very, very poor mobile menu. Not configurable. The mobile menu must organize differently to use limited space efficiently. This mobile menu is almost same as their desktop menu and the user simply has to scroll down a lot to find what they want.
Simply very bad design for anyone who got few more categories in their menu.
No technical support. They keep advising to go for the third party for even a simple change. But customize an app with a third party developer is waiting for disaster.
By the way, They said there are working on improving the mobile menu and provide help for customizations.
Die App ist super einfach zu integrieren und die Konfiguration ebenfalls. Was meiner Meinung nach noch fehlt, ist eine Auswertung, wie oft ein Produkt aus dem Menü im Warenkorb landet.
Aber trotzdem klare Weiterempfehlung für jemanden der eine solches Menü in seiner Seite integrieren möchte!

We started with the free version (Simple tree menu) for our automotive tool store 1SourceTool. It worked well but because we were using a customized theme, as we added additional main categories the main menu & sub-menus would creep past the bottom of the page and we couldn't scroll down to the lowest items on the menu. This appears to be a limitation of our theme, not the app.
We therefore upgraded to the next level and are using the tabbed menu which keeps all of our subcategories at an elevated position with no need to scroll. It is very easy to add/delete/modify items on the menus & sub-menus. We are very happy with this app.

I really appreciate the free version of this app, it enables multi-tiered drop down menus for my store that really enhances the navigation. It is super easy and intuitive to use. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because I find it works very slowly on my computer. In order to add an item in a drop down menu it takes forever for the characters I type to appear. I also don't like that when you search for a collection it shows all results with any of the letters typed, regardless of the order, and I also find this function to be slow. Despite the complaint about the speed, this app is a must-use if you want a more functional menu in your store.
The app works fine, no issues.
I wish they had live customer service and be more responsive.
The app doesn't have the ability for multiple menus so it doesn't meet my needs, unfortunately.

As for the ability to create multiple menus, this is being investigated with our development team to see how we can integrate it in our app and hopefully with the future developments we can exceed your expectations.
