We find this app mega menu very easy to use and have no problem in recommending this app.
The support team were amazing when we had a problem with a theme update.
App works well ... do not use the app at the same time for two shops in the same browser - this can lead to major problems. Otherwise everything is fine - the support-team is very dedicated and fast!

I love this app because it allows me to customize my drop down menus, making it clean and organized for visitors to my site to find what they're looking for. Not only that, the customer service is amazing! The menu was disconnected after an update to my site and when I contacted them two days before Thanksgiving (three before Black Friday!!) they not only responded in a timely manner but fixed the issue for me. This is a great menu app that was suggested by my website tech guys. Works really well and on the odd occasion I've had difficulties with the menu its been resolved in a super timely manner. Definitely no complaints here.

I have been using this app for about a year. Overall extremely simple to use, however, on the occasion that I am unsure, the customer service is amazing! Extremely Happy with this App.
