Great support as i asked for some modifications - 1 coul dbe iplimented and was done within 48 hours. Th eother couldnt but they were able to point me to someone who could.

I had no problems using this app and like that you get one free option i think its a bit stupid that you have to write 100 characters minimum review though...

Menu is great but support and documentation is lacking. I've sent email and has been waiting for a response. Yes I get that it's been only a day but in this days and age 24 hours for a support question to be answered is unacceptable.

Follow up--Super snippy support. Again, I think the app is nice, not crazy about the support before and even more so now.

Re the documentation, the only thing I can see is the tutorial which explains how to set things up, which is easy enough. However it doesn't explain any other issues that might come up. A FAQ section explaining most common problems would be useful.

Update-I'm changing to a 3 star because it's really one of the better ones available on Shopify. Pretty intuitive. Still some issue with mobile which you have to contact the app developer to fix.

I tried using other Menu app creation and quickly abandoned them because it was time consuming, complicated, tedious copy and paste. I was very frustrated and gave up.

With this app I was up and running. I was able to create Parent menus, Child Menus and Sub-menus within minutes. I wasn't forced to copy and paste code.

The drag & drop feature gave me the advance view how I want to layout my menus and tweak things around. This was a time saver!!

The ability to edit the menus by clicking on it and renaming, selecting a different icon from the dropdown.

Excellent and speedy Customer Support. All of my emails were answered within the same day or within less than an hour. I highly recommend this app.

Even though the other app have a Knowledge Base instructions it still wasn't easy to create and it didn't have a video tutorial, so it got me lost.

Great app. The features are useful and the support does it job as well. Works better than other apps.
