A Clever Way To Improve Conversion And Customer Support

Buddify AI is a very interesting app and a smart addition for Shopify stores that want to improve conversion in a more interactive way.

What I like most is that it is not just a simple chatbot. It is much more commercially focused, helping customers with product discovery, answering questions, and encouraging higher-value purchases through a more guided shopping experience.

For stores that get traffic but know they could convert more of it, this feels like a very promising tool. It adds an extra layer of support and sales assistance without needing constant manual involvement from the merchant.

I also like that it is designed around actual shopping behaviour rather than just generic AI conversations. That makes it feel more relevant for e-commerce, especially for brands looking to improve customer confidence and reduce hesitation before purchase.

Overall, Buddify AI looks like a strong option for merchants who want to combine AI, customer support, and conversion optimisation in one tool. A very interesting app with clear potential.

The app is amazing. You can set different percentajes for each product, colection or the same discount o all the products easily. The client has the oportunity to negociate the product price using AI. Its just perfect.

A very user-friendly and helpful app. The setup was quick, the interface is clean and easy to navigate. It really improved the customer experience and we’ve noticed better engagement in our store. The support team is also very responsive. Definitely recommend!
