In theory, this is a great app and a great concept. It is really great to be able to sell other people's products and them, your products. However, on the whole, I have been disappointed with the app. After several months, it still hasn't lived up to it's promise in terms of sales. Since there was no trial period, I was a little reluctant to use it to begin with, and now it looks like I may have been right. Buddify has great customer service and tech support, but, I have found that, if you have questions about other sellers products, and reach out to those respective sellers, many of them don't even respond, which is also not helpful.

The concept behind the app is interesting and full of potential. However, due to the specific niche we operate in, we initially struggled to find many suitable brands to partner with. Nevertheless, since we have an annual subscription, we‘re excited to see more stores joining the platform - every time we open the app, we‘re pleasantly surprised to see new brands and products being added to the feed.
