This doesn't happen often but when it does it gives me peace of mind knowing they are working on it.

With that being said, the product is amazing and they are continuously improving it. Our customers rave about it, which is what matters most. This tool has made our processing of orders so much more efficient, with the PRINT ANYWAY button for our customers. While I want to print perfect images, I know that when an order has come through, I can print without having to address image resolution issues, overlapping designs or designs outside the art board because they clicked PRINT ANYWAY. With our turn around time, there isn't time to address these issues. Customers have to address them before submitting. I highly recommend this app and the team behind it. They are partnering with us all.

This tool and the support has definitely been five star. Out of hundreds of orders there's only been maybe two issues and the support quickly resolves them. I'm excited to see the new updates.

This App has changed the way we do bussiness with DTF's. I highly recommend this for anyone doing DTF printing. Justin is hands down the best at what he does. The tech support is over the top, He will get on the phone on a Sunday to help you with an issue. I have never had an APP creater do that before.
