WORST EXPERIENCE! I had an issue with one of the product pages once I clicked on published it messed up the source of the page and published instead the shopify template instead of builder template. So I contact LOGAN in the support. He said he know what the issue was and that he will fix it. He turned off safe mode which is a safety feature to protect your work before publishing, then I don’t know what he did but he ended up messing 3 additional product pages!! I contacted my web developer to fix what Logan messed up and my web developer looked at it and said he even somehow deleted the HISTORY of that page which means it cannot be recovered! The web developer rate is $199 per page = 4 pages total $796! Is it fair for me to pay that amount for a mistake that Logan did on my website? I will keep everyone updated here on how builder is planning to fix this issue and if they are willing to fix it! If they are I will update this review!

Your app is not letting me install it. It takes me round and round the installation process. Please assist us. I've tried contacting you - nothing.

We are a Certified Shopify Partner and our team has been designing websites for nearly 30 years. We use apps that can assist with building landing pages from the product pages. I installed this app on a Client's site and decided not to use it, so we uninstalled. Okay, no problem. Went to a different Client's site and installed the app and it said I hadn't logged out of the other client's site, which is odd, since we UNINSTALLED IT from that website. So, I "logged out" again...(weird), and went through the install process on the different website. Confirmed email. Then the app asked me to Create A New Organization. Tried too. Three times. An error code popping up each time. So, I reach out to Customer Support......"isn't available until Monday." Alrighty, you just lost my business altogether. If you are going to have an app available, then A) it needs to work properly, B) customer support needs to be available 24/7. This is the Internet. Life and sales happens 24/7 - not just Mon-Fri.
