Buildify Drag and Drop Builder

I'm brand new to Buildify and had several problems to begin with. The support person I had, Valeria, was excellent. She immediately jumped in and helped me solve each of the issues I was having. She got me up and running with solutions that seemed to solve all of the problems I was encountering up to that point. I hope this is indicative of my entire experience with Buildify. If so, I will remain with them for the duration.

I moved from PageFly to this app because of the features it enables you to have otherwise "premium" to PageFly; However this app does have its flaws.

1. The interface is very laggy and can sometimes need multiple refreshes to get it to load before you can start to edit.
2. Whilst there is an option for adding collections, there is not any functions to manipulate the styling (remove descriptions, style layout for mobile)

Whilst this app offers many more features for a slightly more premium price, the app is good, the interface is nice and simple to navigate - could do with some tweaks here and there. I have found the support to be very friendly and helpful when you can actually get to talk to someone, I refrain from using the email support as these usually take quite some time (past experiences, have not tried with Buildify)

Nice app to customize your additional pages. If it would give me the ability to modify the actual theme pages I would give it 5 stars. These pages could be built with adding the shopify snippets such as product description etc. But all in all I really like this app. The pricing is better than the others in it is one price for everything.

I'm not happy nor unhappy with Buildify, As a former web designer, I can appreciate the ability to build a page from scratch and get it to look just the way you want it, but I wasn't warned that using it could over write my other templates. They are lost to me now.
Also I didn't know it couldn't actually pull elements like featured collections, by dragging and dropping.
In essence it created even MORE work for me because I had to decide if I wanted to keep what I built or see if other solutions worked better. They have something great, just need better documentation and someone who is a native english speaker for their US customers. We had a bit of a language barrier, so I gave up trying to get help. I was tired and they were not quite understanding me. I may end up coming back, but just not sure now after the mess was made of my templates

**Update**
After speaking with support they will step in and help out a bit and are planning to take suggestions on what we need to help us succeed. We'll stick around a bit and see how this grows.

I am using this App and I appreciate it even though I think it can be improved as far as concerns loading time. Sometimes it takes a long time to save the page... I contacted the Support team for a problem concering a banner and they immediately answered me back with the solution. Great!
