For 2 days I've been trying to just get the system to import/see my thousands of old orders. I've done 3 syncs and nothing. I've tried reaching out to them for help but no one responds. Useless.

I am very sorry about the outage you experienced. Upon review, this was caused by a breaking change introduced to Shopify's API. We have since fixed this issue and welcome you to try the app again. It will work for you. Our apologies that we missed you on live chat.

App doesn't work, I installed it and tried syncing my orders and I just receive an error message every time.
