This app closes, cancels + refunds and/or deletes orders in bulk, saving you time and energy. One-click cancellations. This app is unique in that it enables the closing, cancellation and deletion of orders in bulk. You can easily manage this rather than going into each individual order. You can also use a number of filters combined with search to cancel and delete orders in bulk.
- View your orders and easily choose which to cancel, close or delete
- Use search and filters to define which orders you want to cancel/close or delete
- The app runs in the background so it won't affect your store's performance

This app does not work. Selected the orders I wanted to delete... clicked on the delete button and nothing happened. Refreshed the shop and tried again... still nothing.
When looking at the settings... I see that you had to select a subscription... maybe thats why it was not working? The Free Subscription includes "manual order deletion" For bulk orders... gotta subscribe to the pro version for $19 a month.
However the app details page says free???

App doesn't work, I installed it and tried syncing my orders and I just receive an error message every time.

Update: The Merchant Ai team have been hard at work and have updated this app to be even better again, including the suggestions below, & I must say it is truly becoming a power app, that is SIMPLE, not needing to be part of some expensive suite & does exactly what it says it does. Definitely worth the subscription cost!
So far the only app I have found that will actually bulk cancel orders without too much pain! This is a great app if you have ever been hit with spam orders or the like.
It really only needs a ux/ui polish, the ability to select a page at a time & ability to search via customer name. If those things happen you wouldn't need another app to bulk cancel orders!

For 2 days I've been trying to just get the system to import/see my thousands of old orders. I've done 3 syncs and nothing. I've tried reaching out to them for help but no one responds. Useless.
