I have not been getting any orders and I couldn't understand why until I found the reason. I had major variants problems. I had close to a million variants. And they helped me fix the major variant problem
The app team understands customers’ needs well and implements them right away. Overall, it’s an excellent app, but I felt a few things were missing, so I gave it 4 stars. However, when you share what you need, they understand it clearly and improve the app to make it more convenient to use. It truly deserves 5 stars. Thank you!!
This is just brilliant, I have over 12000 products and have been working on each for over a week, and came across your app, thank you, I have now redone the whole lot in under an afternoon...

This app saves an enormous amount of time and energy by selecting the specific stock inventory that you want removed.
Great app. Would be better if you could choose which variants to delete instead of it just deleting all or nothing.
Thank you very much for your review and valuable feedback. We have just implemented a new feature that will allow users to exclude products/variants before performing the delete action.
App works great. We had one tiny issue with one product but after contacting them they stayed on it, until if was fixed and working perfectly. And by the way I mean stayed on it. Contact was great back and forth every couple hours at most they know customer service! The app works, period

I purchased the app, but unfortunately for the wrong store. Of course, it's my mistake, but I've been writing to support for days, and they haven't responded. I know better apps, and now I've paid 50€ for nothing. Thank you.

I am sorry to hear this negative experience. I actually replied your support request 4 minutes later but I think the email you entered to our chat support system was wrong and it hasn't been delivered to you. I just sent screenshots that I tried 2 times reach out to get the information to which store we should transfer the premium plan. I just refunded the payment now and very sorry for your negative experience.
I just double checked and verified that email address is wrong because gmail just sent back email with warning that email doesn't exists. I found address of your shop and also now sent an email there. I hope we can contact soon.
Very easy to use. The best app we found to Bulk Delete Products that are out of stock and clogging us space on our website. Well Done!
