Emailed many times about issues with tracking URL. No reply.

App is no longer working. When it did, it performed as expected. The UI is a bit of a mess but otherwise it did as stated.

We have reached out to support and have not heard back.

Steve responded to my email, and although it did not resolve my issue the app seems to be working now. Hopefully it stays that way.

This app is simply great. It does what it's supposed to! Fulfillment is now a smooth and quick process (this app is an incredible time saver). Support from Steve is great. I totally recommend this App.

The app was working well, but suddenly, it stopped working. The customer service never replies to my emails. I would say, do not install this app.

Great App !! I love it, it's the best solution for bulk fulfillment and it's FREE!
Customer Support also great, they reply my emails with problems that was already solved at moment I sent email. So they really are in front of the developtment of the app!

Fantastic app and outstanding support! We're on the free plan as we really have no use for the integration w/ Paypal, but if we had, the monthly fee is totally well worth it! While not on the paid plans, Steve has been truly helpful and responsive still! When we recently needed Steve's help to check on some settings, he replied immediately and offered his assistance unconditionally and so we were able to quickly resume using the app! Our whole-hearted recommendation to anyone looking for a simple yet powerful fulfillment app backed by outstanding support! Two-thumbs up!

The app is pretty good, but the tracking URL which i uploaded is always defaults to other courier or incomplete URL is uploaded. Kindly fixed it, Older version works fine but this updated version have issues.
