App is always bugging, queries are "pending" for weeks and cannot be deleted nor removed, there's no customer service available. Not great.

*** A month later after this review, they fixed the app, but the bug reappered, and still no customer support. Had to reach out directly to Shopify for this. Very bad app.

*** 5 days after our modified review, still no answer from the app developer, and Shopify were not able to reach out to them either. It seems this app is simply dead, and no one is taking care of it.
