Hextom: Bulk Image Edit & SEO

This is completely unacceptable.

We purchased your plugin and reached out to support multiple times, yet no one is responding. For a paid service, this level of support is extremely disappointing.

On top of that, the app itself is clunky, confusing, and not user-friendly at all. Instead of helping our workflow, it just makes things harder.

We expect a response and proper support as soon as possible.

Excellent app that delivers exactly what it promises, with a wide range of customizable settings. You can easily back up your content and restore it if you encounter any issues with your theme, which provides great peace of mind. The customer service team was responsive and provided a clear, precise answer to our request.

A fantastic app where the developer has pretty much thought of everything! Used to resize, reduce file size of loads of images to help increse page load speed. Can do so much more.

Recommend Hextom, excellent apps.

The editor doesn't save the state of the a session. Often, I am in the middle of selecting photos from a large set, and a wrong mouse click takes me back to the previous page after which I have to start making the selection all over again.

Great app

We would be lost without this app: cropping images, resizing, changing formats,...you HAVE to automate this when you´re getting so many new items every season! We´re running this app on a daily-task basis and it works perfectly fine. Since we have a limited number of images that can be rendered per month, you can chose which images you want to be done, for example only those visible at the moment. Also really helpful with SEO. You can name images, include your shopname...highly recommended!

This app destroyed my site when I uploaded a full backup that the app itself had previously created. It replaced all file names with numbers and characters of all kinds. Additionally, the undo functions do not work properly—it seems that the current way files work in Shopify is not compatible with how this app manages files.
