easy to use, and easy to understand as well. Idk what else to say about it because I haven't tested it yet. They just asked for a review as soon as it submitted the list of images. lol

Wow this is an app done right. Not just improving a tedious process drastically, but offering automation.

Only thing, is you can only automate the free tasks. I don't mind paying, and added credit in advance but there is no way to automate them still, and requires some manual steps everytime we upload new products.

Still way better & faster than our previous (non-existant) process.

So far so good, but I would like to see how it speeds up my site.

I just started using app for several things but haven't exactly played with yet until later. Will update once i navigate the app. So far its quite easy to change format of the pictured to jpg in bulk size. I am trying to minimize all image sizes to help speed up the loading of my website. Hoping this app will help that and easy to do so.

I purchased this app initially because it was recommended by a friend. Then i deleted it because i didnt think i needed it. The fact i have purchase it again should speak for itself...

Great App. Love the ability to schedule tasks to run automatically every day, saving me the trouble of doing it manually.

Moved from 5* to 4*.

Had a major outage with all product images vanishing today after I set a task for alt-tag rename... They fixed the issue via a back up reset (make sure you always back up!!!).

Cost us quite a lot in sales... Not really their fault and they did what they could to fix it. I worry that if this had happened during the Christmas period for example that we would have been really stuck without any support...

It's a great app and I really would want to leave it 5* but for that issue.
