This is a great app- will save you hours! Love it! You can change size, alt text, type of image, etc.
It's great, easy to use and mass edits without the hassle of going through each image at a time.

Easy install, clear explanations of what is achievable and the benefits of making the changes.
Have no evidence as yet that it has made any difference to our SEO but I suspect it will have helped as all our images are now named correctly and at a size that will increase site loading speed.
