Attempted to use this to import order history from another site into new shopify site. Import in the dashboard looked like it worked and showed successful upload history, but orders did not show up in shopify site. Reached out to developer, but did not receive a fix prior to the trial ending. Moving on to another importer app.

Thank you for your feedback. However, you have repeatedly entered invalid SKUs while trying to upload your order. For the process to be successful, please make sure to follow the instructions carefully.
I use this app every time I need to import orders in bulk, and it works perfectly and never disappoints me. Great app!

The app is truly excellent. While I faced challenges during the initial setup of the import process, their customer service proved to be exceptional. They guided me through the optimal approach for transferring our orders from the previous Shopify account to the new one, providing invaluable assistance.
We have requested support with no response, we have done several tests and we cannot get the orders to appear in shopify, they only appear in the BulkPro dashboard, we hope you can contact us https://morekashop1.myshopify.com/ . We do not have any email from you. Please send me your email address.
Today the developer offered to extend the testing period for 15 days to be able to show you the error with a video, I am going to install the application again to see if they give us the necessary support for it to work
