The app works as advertised, and the price can't be beat. When I've needed support, it has usually been available within a reasonable timeframe. However, once with a critical error, it was difficult to obtain quick assistance due to the time difference.

I would have given them 5 stars except that the product has taken a step backward. In the past, you could change the price and add a tag with the same edit. We use tags to trigger other functions when sales are run. Now they have separated the two edits, so you have to create two separate edits for each product in the sale. This is a definite downgrading of the app. I don't know if in the past they allowed other multiple field edits because I didn't need them. However, it looks like you can now only edit one field per task.

This app is far more than a price editor - there are many fields that can be updated. I am proficient in Excel but using this tool instead has been easy, intuitive and certainly saves me a lot of time! The customer support is A+ as well. Highly recommended addition to your suite of tools!

Sami Bulk Price Editor has been an essential tool for managing our Shopify store with over 1,500 products.

We recently ran a storewide 22% sale, and the app handled everything smoothly. Applying the discount was fast and accurate, and the rollback process was just as reliable—1,531 out of 1,533 products were successfully reverted. The remaining two products were likely skipped because they had been manually edited or changed after the discount, which is understandable.

The app is intuitive, reliable, and saves us an incredible amount of time compared to manually updating prices. Features like bulk editing, change previews, vendor filtering, and one-click revert make managing large inventories effortless.

What impressed me the most was their customer support. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful in explaining everything clearly and resolving our questions quickly.

Perfect app for those whose huge number of products and looking bulk update the price and discount collection wise which is not possible in shopify native setup

I needed to do a bulk update of product information and had no clue how. The AI bot told me about this App and so I tried it out.

Initially I was frustrated because it kept refreshing the screen and resetting the settings I had done and there was no way to save what I was doing.

So I used the chat feature to ask if I could save the progress and she explained how to do it.

Once I got that, nothing could stop me and my updates were done very quickly!

The best feature (and why they earned those 5 ) is that they provide the results at the bottom BEFORE you run the update so you can exclude the products you need to exclude! That’s fabulous! Coming from a QA background.
