Hextom: Bulk Product Edit

I've been using this app for some months now, and actually does what it promises. I have been able to export, edit and bulk update the products in my store flawlessly several times.

The flow is pretty straightforward:

* Select what you want to export
* Download
* Edit with your favorite calc app (Excel, Google Sheets, Libreoffice)
* Upload and select which fields to update.

So no, it is not a mass editor per se, but a mass exporter with very fine tune capabilities, you do your job locally, then upload and reimport.

My only complain, and I openly told them, is that the jump from one tier to another is quite steep and that if you uninstall the app accidentally, when you reinstall it you will be put into the free plan instead of rejoining the one you were previously paying.

Great product with a multitude of options that help streamline most processes. Excellent customer service, quick response and really helpful with even the most challenging scenarios. Would highly recommend

This app pretty much has all bulk edit functionalities. There is a learning curve but once you're used to the rules, makes bulk tasks very easy esp for high SKU stores.

Great fast, easy and efficient way to do all kind of tasks in bulk in your shopify store, from pricing, to correcting values, colors, etc.... it saved me tons of hours... love it.

Really helpful customer service, this app is a great choice if you shopify store has bunch of listings and need to modify them in a more efficiency way, it is a must recommend.

love this app, incredibly useful. Just wish there was some consistency in the naming of the various variables - product variant name / product variant value don't correspond to anything I can see in my products - and that the way to filter products and variants was clearer as I seem to have to work it out by trial and error almost every time. Having said that, an email to support was quickly and helpfully answered.

I paid for the bulk product edit feature specifically to remove variants. Not only does it fail to fully remove them as advertised, it creates more problems by leaving behind orphaned product images, but when I contacted support, Dhann R tried selling me the solution for their other app that will complete the job.

So I paid for a feature that only half-works and was offered no real solution. They will create problems and sell you the solution after you already paid. BUYER BEWARE. Use another bulk edit app.

I love this app! I tried a few and this one is by far the easiest to navigate. I have been very pleased with the customer service. They are responsive knowledgeable and friendly.

One of my daily apps, that I use. I have been using this for 5+years and it is great to make bulk updates. It is a huge time saver!
