Hextom: Bulk Product Edit

This is by far one of the most useful apps in the Shopify store. We would not be able to function with such a massive product catalog without this tool, not to mention it can also edit customer profiles and collections.

We use it daily and never have any issues. Any questions I've ever had have been quickly resolved by their support team who responds quickly and was very skilled in finding a solution for us.

We've used this tool for 6-7 years and can't say enough good things. Thanks to the Hextom team for creating this tool!

This app is fantastic! It makes bulk editing so much easier and saves a lot of time. The interface is user-friendly, and the features are incredibly useful for managing large inventories efficiently. The 'Hextom: Bulk Product Edit' app is the absolute best. We utilise it daily and it saves us so much time. Bulk updating tags, adding product weights, market prices and barcodes to name a few, this app is a lifesaver for our day-to-day upkeep of our site, and it's extremely reliable. I hope this review encourages others to install and use it. Also, side note, the customer service we recently received from Vincent and the team was top notch.

We have been using this product for years. Recently, Shopify support increased our variant limit beyond the normal allowance, and we now have a total variant limit of 240 per product.

Hextom Bulk Product Editor only allows us to edit the first 100 variants, meaning 140 are completely ignored. Even if I break the job up into smaller chunks of 80 variants, it simply refuses to even see the other 140 variants. It edits all of the first 80 variants, 20 of the second 80 variants, and 0 of the remaining 80 variants.

I contacted support a couple of weeks ago, and I approved collaborator access for them; however, they did nothing to address the problem, and I haven't heard back from them since. I find this strange, as Shopify announced expanded variant limits more than two years ago, and it is already implemented for "select" stores such as ours.

I'm writing this review in hopes that support will proactively contact me to discuss whether they can do this or not.

My go to app for any store for being able to update/edit anything product related. I've tried other apps but this one is the most user friendly and has so many options which are easily accessible and doesn't always require a file upload to do every action.
