I found this very hard to use. I could not figure it out. It installed and uninstalled very quickly. Then I opened a chat for support and told me a few hours. No thank you.
Hello, I'm sorry you found the app difficult to use. There are a lot of options and we're doing our best to make it easy to use. If you could follow up to our support ticket we'd be more than happy to make a screen recording to help you out.
As for the time to reply, we're slowly rolling out live chat support (Update: we now have live chat staffed 24/7) but it looks like we replied to your support message within 12 minutes and processed a refund for you. The refund itself does take longer to go through but it should be complete now. Please do let us know if you're still not seeing it.

Once you save filters, they fail to keep them working. We'll consider revising this review once they fix this bug.

We looked through the saved searches on your store and they appear to be working correctly but if you could reply to one of our messages with some more details we'll make sure everything is running how you expect.

Does not work correctly. 1. can not find collections when using their filter system 2. Choose to change the price on 22 items and said it did but really only changed half. (have screen shot video) Don't use it often so didn't know about how glitchy and bad it was until now. Do not recommend wound up just doing it all manually. Waste of time and waste of money.
This App is very disappointing as it contains glitches that has prevented me onboarding. The support staff take a long time to respond to any queries and when they do respond, the explanations are confusing.
I'm very sorry for the issues you were having with the app. It seems like there were two things going on: some confusion between the 'create products' and 'spreadsheet edit' sections of the app, and Excel converting product IDs to scientific notation. We've followed up with some details and a short video over email and we're taking a look to see if we can make this part of the app more intuitive.

Allows to perform edits fast and ease. Really like the application and I recommend everyone to use it for lowering the time they are spending on building stores.

Just downloaded but app seems easy to use and has a variety of different plans. i would recommend
Most of the apps try to limit your use on the lower price subscription. Limits mean the number of edits, imports exports, and others.
This app on the cheapest subscription of 20$ gives you unlimited use, wich for me is a lifesaver, focusing on my work and not thinking oh I have idk how many tries left...
Later on, I found out that you can edit even meta-fields with this app, wich is WTF for this price, you get so many features you won't even realize in the first period of time.
If you want to save time and get things done easily, and most important at a really good price, just use this app. And when I asked for help they responded to me in one working day which is quick I had to point that out as well.
I don't know if you have a better option out there, good luck guys!

Great app, even with the free plan it is really great and useful.
I used it to change prices of products all at once but it really does a lot this app!

Everything is running smoothly. I want the opportunity to have the system adjust my pricing somehow when shipping is included from the 3rd party otherwise, it's just what I was looking for.
This app is a Shopify product manager GAMECHANGER! As a small store it's invaluable saving me a ridiculous amount of time on admin tasks! After 6 months I was desperate to find another way to manage products in Shopify and nothing I've used has come close to what this app does and how many features it has. I'm only using a few of the features and the stress relief has been massive. Easily a must have! As soon as you can budget it in GET IT!

Really good bulk editor. easy to use and understand. You can use excell or cvs and it automaticlly cathes your info
One if not the best Apps on the store. Saved me hours and hours of editing work. Did it all via simple spreadsheets on both the easy export and import options. Had just the single question for support, answered quickly on the same day and fixed a minor issue I had straight away. Can't recommend this highly enough.

I've been using Ablestar Bulk Product Editor for about 8 months I think. I have over 15,000 SKUs, about 2,500 Products. Ablestar performs incredibly well, even with the very large bulk edits I make. Fast, reliable, great customer service, the app is so solid. The level of customization/edit options and filter conditions is very powerful, while the usability is still somehow very simple and easy. I've tried alternative apps before. Ablestar is priced the highest I believe, but the premium price is more than worth it for what you're getting. Others are literally 10x slower, and you can't get more reliable than Ablestar. It pays for itself with the time you save.
They just keep making it better! Super easy to change anything you can think of. I absolutely Love this app!
