Fantastic app, we use this daily to update inventory from our supplier using csv spreadsheet edits.
The support is even better, had a query as to how I could identify products on our store that are not on the supplier csv and Nicolle and Andres were brilliant, the first suggestion did not work but they came up with another idea which solved my problem.

Editor is not able to edit Image alt text of existing images.
These are my experiences with the support of this company.
I asked them roughly 5 times after that issue. Every conversation with them ended like that - it should work, please send us the file for testing. They have done nothing with the file and told me that it should work. After explaining them over and over what I want to do, they ...

Great Experience so far! I have almost 10k products in my store and it's our first time runing so many products in one store, so this app really made it extremely easy to EDIT EVERYTHING IN BULK!! love it
We needed to update the status of every "draft" product in our system (1000s) and also update inventory quantities to zero at the same time and this worked flawlessly. We did not even scratch the surface of all the possibilities with this app, look forward to using it in our store
