at first everyone were nice and helped us with everything. Unfourtunately, once we started working together and we paid for the app, every change I asked for was either ignored or was fixed after a long time. some adaptations were so basic and I had to ask for them more than three times.

I found the support for this app to be quite below the usual Shopify standards. I spent more than an hour multiple times just to answer to a "hi" when there was people online apparently.
I tried to troubleshoot an issue I detected with some bundles that never loaded (animation looped forever) that caused several different visitors to go away and all I got was "maybe it is a cache issue".
So I just moved away to a different app. Features were nice, although I had to ask that they enabled a hidden template that was not listed.

The UI/UX for this app is one of the best. (hence 2 stars)
