I found the support for this app to be quite below the usual Shopify standards. I spent more than an hour multiple times just to answer to a "hi" when there was people online apparently.
I tried to troubleshoot an issue I detected with some bundles that never loaded (animation looped forever) that caused several different visitors to go away and all I got was "maybe it is a cache issue".
So I just moved away to a different app. Features were nice, although I had to ask that they enabled a hidden template that was not listed.
The UI/UX for this app is one of the best. (hence 2 stars)
But..
backend order fulfilment details is a nightmare. Save. yourself. the. headache!
the UI UX is so shit, its not self explanatory. But its a good tool
