The tool is very user friendly, and the team is super helpful to troubleshoot any issues that we have come across. We couldn't get the exact customization we needed by default, but the team was happy to assist to get us exactly what we needed for our store.

App works great, I had a hiccup with my setup and the support team was very quick to respond. After identifying the problem and giving me the directions to fix it ,they verified it was set up correctly and even offered to update the buy now button to make it look nicer for my theme.

We needed help adjusting something important related to currency, and the Easy Bundles support team was super helpful and quick to respond. The app itself is great — it has several essential features that other similar apps are missing. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a solid bundling solution!

I'm a questions kind of person. I like them, I think they're important, and I'd rather ask a stupid question than make a stupid mistake. Because of this, I am acutely aware that I can be what's known as a.... 'trying customer'. I no doubt have waged war on many a person's patience at the Skai Lama team, but it's been with the best will - to let me understand their product and how to best customise it for my needs.

Suffice to say, their support, attention and help has been unfailing, unwavering and they have absolutely given every bit of help I could need, and more.

In terms of the actual product, it's actually incredibly powerful and flexible. So much so that we now use it as our default shop-front, because of the way it cuts down on mouse-clicks and keeps your products in the eye of the viewer, through pop-up product descriptions. This has seen a general uptick in sales, along with an upsell on accompanying products through the add-on's feature.

The icing on the cake for me was when the team sent me the link for their custom ChatGPT model, where I was able to get some code run off to allow me to customise how the product pop-ups look. It makes things much easier and more accessible, and is another shining example of a team who believe in 100% customer service, 100% of the time.

Buggy – not worth the price

We paid $99/month for several months, and when we actually tried to use the app, it completely failed. The app wouldn’t even let us edit our current workflows — instead, it asked us to sign up again. Their own support admitted it was a bug and just said “won’t happen again.”

This is unacceptable for a paid service. Waste of time and money. Avoid.

Support has been incredible. At first the template didn't fit my goals as we wanted two sections with different styles of discounts.

They were able to revert me to a different template, gave me a custom GPT to help write the custom CSS/JS for my exact branding, even added some product metafield data to the bundle. Excited to launch the builder!
