We looked high and low for a solution that would work with itemized skus of bundles sent to fulfillment center. many of the other options bundle to a new sku and that would mess with our pick and pack process. Most importantly their customer support is great.

I've still got hope for this app but it's been a really rough onboarding experience so far.

I see that others have good things to say about the customer service in their reviews but for us it's been painfully slow. They are in India and we're in New York and we never get real time chat interactions.

We're basically exchanging one sentence per day, which means it's been about two weeks and we've made no progress on actually resolving the glitch that's preventing us from using the app.

The UX on the admin panel also needs some rethinking.

It's surprising, because on the front end the UX is so nice but, for some reason, they laid out the backend in such a way that you have to manually enter your color preferences for every little place in the app, rather than simply letting you set defaults one time. I must have pasted the same hex value in about 20 different places, across 5 different screens just to get the widget to have a coherent look across the whole experience.

Basically, what should be a 10 minute setup for each widget becomes like a 45 minute process.

A very well-designed app; you can create any kind of bundle solution with it. And that's not all—the support is truly excellent! I highly recommend it.

My onboarding call was amazing! Amit was friendly, helpful, patient and is going above and beyond by writing code to fix the bundle so it can do something unique. This app is going to be a game changer for my business! Great service!

Easy bundle has been a game changer. We used to have a dev code custom bundles every time we needed a new one which was expensive and time consuming. Now we can create a new bundle and launch it in minutes. Great product and great support!
