We needed help adjusting something important related to currency, and the Easy Bundles support team was super helpful and quick to respond. The app itself is great — it has several essential features that other similar apps are missing. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a solid bundling solution!
I reached out for help after I accidentally broke something on my website, Harsh was incredibly helpful. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he also took the time to show me how I could improve my website using their app.
Buggy – not worth the price
We paid $99/month for several months, and when we actually tried to use the app, it completely failed. The app wouldn’t even let us edit our current workflows — instead, it asked us to sign up again. Their own support admitted it was a bug and just said “won’t happen again.”
This is unacceptable for a paid service. Waste of time and money. Avoid.
Always such a pleasure working with them. Such a great experience getting our bundles set up and WOW are they delivering on our AOV! If you've been thinking about bundles - do it! As always - #1 in customer service. Thanks team
