Great app. Great support. Had to made improvements on the default widget layout as our theme is quite oild but Dovydas was quick to find a solution which resolved our issue within literal minutes. Definitely recommend.

Dovydas was super helpful in resolving an issue I had with the bundle app not working properly with my Shopify theme. The wrong quantities were being added to cart which was affecting my sales. He quickly figured out what the problem was and sorted it out with a workaround. Really fast and knowledgeable support. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Kaching Bundles!

One of the essential apps you need at scale. Super intuitive, super clean and helps boost aov. Developers are always adding features that are useful, and customer support responds quickly and always has a solution. Noteably Domantas has helped me several times on configuring small details that I'm looking for to make my bundles perfect. YOU NEED THIS

Highly recommend this app! I’ve been using it for a few years now, and the customer support has always been amazing. Dominykas, in particular, has been incredibly helpful—he went above and beyond to make sure my bundle looked exactly how I wanted and even assisted with backend fixes to ensure everything was working perfectly.

Using Katching Bundles for our store and honestly the experience has been great so far. The app is easy to use, flexible, and helped us create much cleaner and more professional bundle offers on products pages.

What really stood out to us though was the support. Paul from the support team was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to help us improve the bundle design, gave us useful recommendations, and made sure everything looked exactly the way we wanted. Super responsive, very professional, and genuinely attentive to details.

This app is great. I've been using it for a long time across multiple stores, and it's 10/10. The functionality is great, there are many bundle options, and it's intuitive. I recently had an issue (which is rare) and Dovydas was quick to help, and so nice. I've never had a bad experience with the customer support. Highly recommend!

The team is fantastic and very helpful whenever there are any issues (which rarely there are) however, the one thing that can get frustrating is the app can conflict with other apps from time to time only when they push an update. I wish we were better notified in advance when these updates go live so that we can monitor our store.

The only way I seem to catch them is when the sales/orders seem off but like I said the support is arguably one of the best and is quick to help and find solutions.
