Highly recommend this app! I’ve been using it for a few years now, and the customer support has always been amazing. Domantas in to help, has been incredibly helpful—he went above and beyond to make sure my bundle & subscription looked exactly how I wanted and even assisted with backend fixes to ensure everything was working perfectly. thank you so much Domantas.

customer service response times went from 10 mins to now minimum 30 and ive been waiting 3 hours for a response, idk whats wrong. Not an isolated case, this has happened on back to back days withdifferent chats different agents etc. where I have had to wait hours for a response, I think they laid off some people and as a result the cs is getting horrible, please fix this kaching team!

Great app with excellent customer service, I had a lengthy conversation with Dovydas and he helped me every step of the way even though I was clearly frustrated with the situation. I knew it wasn't his fault; it was something on shopify's end and I greatly appreciate the very clear communication and helpful walk through of how to solve my problem. Very nice guy he made me want to stick with Kaching.
