They made another issue while they were working on my feedback and didn't reply for a few days. Bad experience!
Some of the support team is really great but some rather argue instead of providing help or solutions especially leva, rather argue for 20min that increase one font in the code
App is not appearing on my funnel with GemPages - Useless
They NEVER respond. I sent inquiries twice, but they completely ignored me. Only after I leave a negative review, do they respond. No, not this time. Don't send emails requesting to remove reviews. I've had enough patience.

It's Erikas, co-founder of this app. I have just contacted our head of customer support to investigate your case and got reassured (with screenshots) that they have replied to your inquiries and sent you app credits right away. I will personally take measures to make sure our emails reach our customers inboxes better.

incorrect reoccuring total

Thank you for your feedback. However, the recurring total is something we do not control. The checkout page is managed directly by Shopify, so our app isn't able to make changes to it.

not good enough
Unless you’re absolutely forced, never install or use these idiots’ app. I’m only using it because I have no choice. Their live support is so trash that honestly, people should chip in 1 dollar each so these gypsies can hire an employee. Because of these idiots I’m losing sales, and they reply to me 6 hours later. They’re complete freaks.
